MY STORY

How I Started...

 

I'm a small-town girl who has been interested in taking pictures since I was a child. We didn't have a lot of money growing up, so my rolls of film (starting out as 110 and moving to 35mm) often sat undeveloped for ages, it seemed. To date, I still have around 50 rolls of undeveloped film that probably would show up as unrecognizable fuzzy blobs if I tried to develop them now!

Enter the digital age. What a life-saver for me! I now have gigabytes upon gigabytes of stored photos, and I can snap to my heart's content! Which, being the mother of two beautiful children, comes in very handy! I have been blessed with my very own live-in practice models.

God has given me an eye for photography and a heart for capturing memories, along with a supportive and loving husband, and I have a passion to capture memories for others. Thus was born Moments Captured. <3
